Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a robust technical background to oversee critical features of our Human Resources and Benefits systems. Our objective is to develop a multi-faceted B2B platform that revolutionizes industry practices through the automation and standardization of digital enrollments. This role demands a visionary mindset, with a willingness to seek continuous feedback from customers and stakeholders while balancing the long-term profitability of the business.

The challenges are significant, but the rewards are even greater. Are you capable of thinking broadly while executing with precision? Can you guide a team to maintain a holistic view while focusing on the necessary details for success? Do you possess the determination and adaptability to tackle challenges while remaining open to transformative solutions? If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate strategic discussions to advance product development.
  • Aggregate inputs from diverse sources to prioritize software development efforts aligned with strategic goals, including new features and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify problems, resolve conflicts, uncover opportunities, and document business solutions.
  • Refine and implement the product vision and strategy for our leading benefits administration platform within the HR and Benefits domain.
  • Engage in research with partners and within the industry to inform detailed business solutions.
  • Plan feature development and ensure timely execution.
  • Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape through ongoing research.

  • Establish and monitor success metrics.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field, ideally with a focus on customer-facing web applications or SaaS solutions.
