Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Atlas Healthcare Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our Ambulatory Surgery Center-Sports Medicine team.

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the site, ensuring continuous quality, accurate, timely, and cost-effective services are provided. This includes managing provider relations, collaborating with physicians and leaders, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with system-wide policies and procedures and federal, state, and accrediting body guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operation of the site to ensure continuous quality, accurate, timely, and cost-effective services are provided.
  • Manage provider relations to meet both operational needs and the needs of the joint business partnership.
  • Collaborate with physicians and leaders across the organization to ensure a high-quality experience for the patient, their family, and the provider.
  • Implement, communicate, and monitor Atlas board-approved policies, procedures, and standards, as well as all governmental regulations and accrediting body guidelines.
  • Hire, lead, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff in a manner that promotes engagement, productivity, and ensures competencies.
  • Provide leadership for the site that contributes to its growth and positions it as a market leader with employees and the community.
  • Assure financial stewardship in both operational and capital acquisition processes.
  • Promote high-quality service in all areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare administration as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration, health services administration, nursing, or related field.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare management as normally demonstrated through five to seven years of healthcare management experience.
  • Must possess the ability to simultaneously address multiple projects, demands, and issues.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as planning, organizational, and conceptual skills.
