Dutch Bros is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the implementation and promotion of our people strategy throughout the organization. As the Vice President of Talent and People Services, you will oversee all talent acquisition and management programs, deliver strategic insights to senior leadership, and cultivate a performance-driven culture that attracts and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute effective talent acquisition programs and practices
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent functions
* Build a high-performing HRBP team that delivers results and an exceptional employee experience
* Act as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent-related matters

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field), or 4 years of Human Resources experience
* At least 12 additional years of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience
* SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other applicable HR certifications, preferred

Location:

This role is located in the Greater Phoenix area. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote workdays.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
* In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, labor laws, and regulations
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
* Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
* Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
* Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches
* Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
* Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls
* Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions
* Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools
* Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software
* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools
