Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Administrative Officer will oversee the development and implementation of administrative and financial systems to support the growth and activities of the JCC Association. This role will be responsible for building and managing effective and streamlined systems, including financial, accounting, legal, IT, HR, and physical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Manage HR and IT functions, including payroll, benefits, and record management.
  • Provide oversight for pledge payments and ensure timely preparation of financial data.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior staff to develop strategic plans and evaluate monthly results.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; MA/MBA preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent certification desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP desirable.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
  • Ability to plan for and participate in Board and Officer meetings.
  • Proven leadership effectiveness and ability to multitask.
  • Technologically savvy and able to work with IT staff to develop and implement new processes and systems.
Compensation:
  • Base salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.
