Sorting Robotics Inc. is on the lookout for a seasoned and driven Senior Sales Executive to oversee sales initiatives and manage pivotal accounts for our cutting-edge robotic solutions tailored for the legal cannabis sector across North America.
Note: A familiarity with cannabis is essential, as our innovations cater specifically to this industry.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at meeting sales objectives and expanding market presence.
- Seek out and engage new business prospects.
- Establish and nurture relationships with significant accounts.
- Negotiate agreements and finalize sales transactions.
- Work alongside the marketing department to create promotional content and strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitor movements.
- Compile sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings.
- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
- Oversee sales and client relationships in the western region.

Qualifications- A minimum of 10 years in Sales and/or Business Development.
- Experience within the cannabis sector is required.
- Proficient in utilizing cloud-based tools such as Notion, Airtable, Slack, and CRM systems, with a quick learning ability for new platforms.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Experience in selling cannabis-related equipment is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software is essential.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- All employees must have received at least two doses of the Covid-19-SARS-2 vaccine, with proof required.

Salary: $250,000 (On Target Earnings) plus equity and uncapped commission potential.
