Job Title: Sales Director

We are a leading construction company specializing in roofing services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and community involvement.

This role is a key leadership position within our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability in the roofing division.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  3. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership experience, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, as required by the role.
