Hotel Operations Manager

Hospitality is at the forefront of our company's mission, and we're seeking a skilled Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Skyline Lodge.
As a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience managing full-service independent boutique hotels, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lodge, including front office, housekeeping, rooms, food and beverage.
You'll be the ambassador of The Indigo Road, embodying our core values of Internal Hospitality, servant leadership, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set the tone for exceptional guest experiences by leading a positive, collaborative, and fun team environment.
- Oversee food and service quality, ensuring consistency across operational procedures.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Create and execute strategic business objectives that maximize profit and mitigate risk.
- Forecast financial trends to control labor, COGs, food, and beverage costs.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
- Lead by example, setting the tone for health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the property.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of successful hotel management experience.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, boutique hotel environments.
- Passion for Internal Hospitality and our core values.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
