Job Description

This role is responsible for the overall financial management of our operations in Sacramento, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial projections and forecasts.
  • Perform monthly financial closes and ensure accurate reported financial results.
  • Represent the management team in financial matters within the assigned businesses and to PCG staff and external parties.
  • Provide guidance on financial matters to staff and ensure effective communication across organizational functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate work experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
