About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at IR Management LLC. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Monitor inventory and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
