Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, and providing feedback to customers regarding service queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls in a busy office setting and schedule technician appointments for jobs
  • Enter customer data into a computer and provide feedback to customers regarding service queries
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for maintenance agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices
  • Coordinate multiple appointments and demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Meet and exceed set goals, and demonstrate a proven ability to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience as a dispatcher
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong degree of self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals
  • Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of the local geographic territory
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Credentials:

  • Experience in the area of customer service and/or a related service line
