Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written communication and numerical skills.
- Successful customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
- Demonstrated English fluency.
Total Rewards Package
We offer a competitive annual salary of $42,000 - $52,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications, accompanied by a bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, pension plans, paid leave, and staff discounts.
