Job Title: Regional Director of Channel Partner Development

At TerraSource Global, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Channel Partner Development to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead our channel partner development efforts in a defined geographic market, driving sales growth and increasing profitability through a robust network of qualified and mentored channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strong channel partner strategy to introduce our products to potential customers through a robust network of channel partners.
  • Direct sales planning activities, including market research, sales budgets, and quotas, to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to prepare sales and market forecasts and budgets, including quarterly rolling sales forecasts.
  • Implement and achieve rapid and sustainable growth in target geographic market sales through the development of sales and marketing strategies with the channel partner network.
  • Work with internal and external resources to elevate client relations to the strategic partnership level.
  • Provide market feedback to inform the development of our target geographic market technology vision, strategies, and plans aligned with business financial objectives.
  • Represent the company at target geographic market conferences and events, fostering relationships with market communities and staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Bi-lingual (preferred)
  • Applicable process knowledge and sales experience, including calling upon procurement agents, distributors, end-users, and service providers of our products.
  • Experience in dealing with senior-level management of customers, with the ability to relate to all levels of the customer's organization.
  • Ability to develop spheres of influence and strategic partnerships with procurement agents, distributors, end-users, and service providers associated with our products.
  • The ability to analyze and define current and future sales and marketing problems inherent in the industry and suggest effective changes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent understanding of SalesForce.com systems and the ability to interpret, manage, and report on collected data.
Travel:

Employee must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
