Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Nutramax Laboratories Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the veterinary market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor representatives and veterinarians
  • Provide product and technical training to ensure effective use of our products
  • Assist with the launch of new products and ensure call centers are trained and supported
  • Visit veterinarian offices to sell products and provide educational seminars
  • Communicate with distributor representatives and schedule meetings
  • Work with the Technical Service Veterinarian to schedule meetings with influential staff members at assigned veterinary schools
  • Visit veterinary schools to keep them apprised of pricing and new products
  • Manage a yearly budget for marketing activities to launch and sustain veterinary products
  • Provide timely reports to the home office with industry-related information
Requirements:
  • Veterinary manufacturer/animal health industry experience desired
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 1 year of sales/marketing experience
Working Conditions:

This position travels roughly 30% of the time and has about 4-5 overnights a month.
