Role Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist 2 to enhance our Participant Contact Center (PCC). In this position, you will provide education and support to 401K participants by addressing inbound inquiries regarding their retirement accounts and guiding them in their retirement preparations.

  • Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, as well as other communication channels, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage intricate product inquiries via calls, emails, or chats, resolving issues in real-time while fostering foundational financial literacy.
  • Opportunity to obtain your FINRA Series 6 license, with all necessary materials, study time, and training costs covered by us.

This position allows you to work closely with our clients, addressing challenges, resolving concerns, and contributing to their financial confidence.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer service or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including proficient typing abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes, make independent decisions, and take ownership of issue resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of business unit products, processes, systems, and proficiency in MS Office and internet browsers.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $29.50 per hour. Non-sales roles may participate in a bonus program, while sales positions are eligible for sales incentives and bonuses based on individual performance.

Time Off:

Hourly employees receive Personal Time Off (PTO), which accrues each pay period and can be utilized for vacation, personal matters, or short-term illness.

Work Environment:

This role offers various work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and remote options based on individual circumstances.

Training:

We are committed to investing in your training to ensure your success in this role. Our comprehensive nine-week training program requires limited personal time off during this period.
