Compensation: $19.00 per hour on W2
ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Bilingual Annuity & Life Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing precise and courteous responses to inquiries from contract holders, agents, and external parties. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various departmental systems to relay accurate information while demonstrating a thorough understanding of life and annuity products. You will thrive in a dynamic call center environment, consistently maintaining a professional demeanor and striving to meet or exceed established quality and efficiency standards.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; or three years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center.
- Continuous employment history over the last 24 months.
- Prior experience in Life and Annuity sectors.
- Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the life insurance industry or related products/procedures through experience or coursework.
- Willingness to learn various financial concepts and systems.
