We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at Eversource Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and other specialized building systems for our corporate buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule, supervise, and provide technical direction to employees and contractors in duties related to facility systems.
- Track utility costs and manage energy consumption through energy management systems.
- Meet with suppliers and contractors to determine cost-effective products and services.
- Recommend action on emergencies and determine appropriate responses.
- Assist in departmental training and represent the department in labor relations meetings.
- Commercial/industrial electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems knowledge.
- Familiarity with NFPA Life Safety Code and BOCA Building Code.
- Ability to develop and monitor expense and capital budgets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Eversource Energy offers a competitive total rewards program, including a salary range of $108,220.00 to $120,240.00, plus incentive. We also offer a range of benefits and a positive, inclusive work environment.
