Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Supervisor to join our team at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential house that provides 24/7 support to residents with severe and persistent mental illness in a community-based setting. This includes providing direct support to clients and staff, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring effective communication and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Manage the house budget and ensure financial sustainability
  • Provide direct support to clients, including 1:1 and group work
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery goals
  • Coverage for other Residential Supervisors as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license and liability insurance
