Massage Therapist

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Auberge du Soleil. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and spa services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.

• Provide personalized massage and spa services to guests, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Perform prep work, clean and restock treatment rooms as needed, and ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Maintain professional ethics and provide exceptional service to each guest, ensuring their needs are met.
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, and services, as well as programs and promotions available.
• Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Massage Therapist State License (CAMTC) required.
• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
• Continued education and knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for healing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week, including weekends.
