Job Description

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Senior Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our product and service offerings
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong focus on relationship management and business development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
