Carespring is seeking a dedicated Admission/MDS Nurse to join our team. As an Admission/MDS Nurse, you will be responsible for developing and updating comprehensive care plans and nurse aide care plans (Kardex) in conjunction with the MDS, ensuring that non-nursing sections of the MDS and CAA's are accurate representations of resident needs, and coordinating, managing, and monitoring the care plan.

Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN license for the state in which the facility is located
  • Flexibility with working schedule and ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of the MDS process and willingness to continue learning and remaining current with updates set by CMS
  • Prefer knowledge in PDPM (skilled reimbursement) and RUG (Long Term Care reimbursement)

We offer a competitive salary range of $29.50 - $34.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.
