You will also champion Gaylor's safety culture in the fabrication environment, enforcing and promoting adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and equipment. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving, identifying and resolving technical problems or obstacles that arise during the fabrication process. Finally, you will maintain accurate records and documentation related to fabrication projects, including creating and updating fabrication logs, work orders, project reports, and any other relevant documentation.", "Qualifications": "To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school graduate or equivalent studies/experience.
