  • Quality Control: Conducting inspections of finished work to ensure compliance with established standards, specifications, and tolerances.
  • Resource and Material Oversight: Managing materials and resources, overseeing procurement, and ensuring proper storage practices.
  • Safety Protocols and Compliance: Upholding safety regulations, facilitating safety training sessions, and reducing workplace hazards.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnosing and addressing technical issues that arise during the fabrication process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keeping precise records, updating necessary documentation, and delivering progress reports.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Recognizing opportunities for enhancing processes, implementing best practices, and engaging in improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Licensing: Required only in specific states and localities as mandated.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience, with completion of an accredited apprenticeship preferred.

Experience: A minimum of four years in electrical work, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
