About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Arborist to join our team at SavATree Careers. As a Sales Arborist, you will be responsible for developing and growing your assigned sales territory, working closely with our field specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the health and well-being of each client's landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow your assigned sales territory
  • Work closely with field specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimate jobs, and provide estimates for work to be completed
  • Set up crews, validate work, and ensure jobs are completed to client satisfaction
  • Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business
  • Participate in community and industry events, such as presentations to horticultural associations and trade shows

Requirements:

  • High level of integrity and commitment to delivering on the customer promise
  • Hands-on experience, detail-oriented, and enjoyment of technical challenges and working with others
  • Preferred: degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience
