Sales Representative

Job Summary:
LabCorp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating and instructing assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory, acting as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team, and providing ongoing service and problem resolution to the customer base.
- Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
- Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
- Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to the customer base
- Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous sales experience or account management is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proven success managing a book of business
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market
