Job Title: Sales Manager, Global Accounts

Job Summary:

Amprius Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager, Global Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for maximizing our market share and sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute account plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
  • Manage assigned accounts to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
  • Establish and implement market penetration plans to expand our presence in key markets.
  • Facilitate pricing coordination and ensure effective implementation and execution of customer contracts, NDAs, VMIs, and other agreements.
  • Prepare and analyze forecasts and estimates to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in an electronic-related or other technical industry.
  • Experience interfacing with OEMs and/or Tier-One customers/suppliers.
  • Strong ability to work effectively in fast-paced cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategies and drive results.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Experience with sales analytics and data collection.
  • Demonstrated success in managing an extensive product portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project Management or Consulting.
  • Experience in Manufacturing sales.
  • Experience in sales data collection and analysis.
  • Marketing and market planning knowledge.
  • Knowledge of target-market industries.
  • Previous budgetary and/or forecasting responsibilities.
