The role encompasses analyzing headcount data to deliver business insights and drive multiple SMGS initiatives, including tool and product launches, within a rapidly evolving and intricate environment.

In collaboration with AWS business leaders, the role involves formulating critical business inquiries and providing insights to effectively address those inquiries.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust analytical capabilities, sound business acumen, and a focus on essential planning inputs to support vital partnerships, prioritize initiatives, identify process deficiencies, and enhance overall performance.

Key business stakeholders include:
Sales Leadership, HR, Recruiting, Cross-SMGS Resource Planning Teams, Finance, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts.

Key job responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-SMGS initiatives, including the launch of new tools and methodologies
  • Develop and refine strategies to optimize resources across the organization
  • Drive cross-functional teams to establish Headcount Management best practices
  • Implement change management and enablement plans for resource planning
  • Provide scalable solutions to complex challenges and conduct data analysis on headcount trends

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
