About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Resource Planning Lead to join our Sales Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing resource planning strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and refine resource planning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Sales Operations teams to define headcount management best practices and processes
  • Design and implement annual resource planning processes and enablement plans
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in workforce or resource planning
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using Tableau or AWS QuickSight
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years experience leading complex, high visibility, cross-functional programs or reorganizations
