Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' beauty experiences by leading your team to provide exceptional service, in-depth product knowledge, and expert beauty advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and exemplify our client-first service model in all interactions.
- Drive sales and optimize customer service throughout your client interactions while building relationships.
- Give, receive, and share information to ensure collective knowledge among team members and central business partners.
- Inspire your team by sharing the brand vision and business challenges, giving meaning and empowerment to the team while holding them accountable to the highest standards.
- Leverage strategy to achieve KPIs by analyzing the business, developing strategies to drive KPI success, delegating, and celebrating progress towards goals.
- Consistently train and develop your team by utilizing coaching skills, empathy, performance management, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Actively recruit top performers by building relationships to plan for and recruit a talent bench.
- Operational Excellence: Execute all operational tasks with proficiency and advocate for knowledge-sharing and teamwork between all team members to support effective scheduling, inventory control, cost minimization, and profitability.
Client-Facing Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships by building and maintaining strong, personalized relationships with customers.
- Share your product expertise by possessing extensive knowledge of beauty products across various categories, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
- Customize recommendations by offering tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs, preferences, and skin types.
- Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions.
- Support inventory management by assisting in stock management, ensuring product availability, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
