  • Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, including maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring that all displays are well-maintained.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail grocery store, or five or more years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions:

The Store Director will work in a fast-paced retail environment, including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 55 pounds, and using calculators, keyboards, and other office equipment. The workday may include evening and weekend shifts.
