Job Title: Field Service Technician

Join Equipment Depot as a Field Service Technician and be part of a team that delivers exceptional service to our customers. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks and/or construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
  • Basic math skills and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
Work Environment:

As a Field Service Technician, you will work in a variety of environments, including office settings, job sites, and industrial locations. You will be required to lift, carry, and move equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
