Job Summary:

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician I to join our team in the Cincinnati area. As a Field Service Technician I, you will be responsible for servicing, fixing, upgrading, and performing preventative maintenance on coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software, and specialized office products located at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on company equipment
  • Travel by vehicle on a daily basis to client sites
  • Address customer service requests within the specified contract response time
  • Safeguard and maintain a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory
  • Safeguarding of any company issued assets including tablet computer and mobile phone
  • Occupational licenses may be necessary to obtain depending on territory/accounts

Requirements:

  • Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications, and Windows OS
  • Strong tendency to read and respond to body language and verbal cues
  • Ability to multi-task and work on more than one project at a time
  • Able to commit to and meet project deadlines

Work Environment:

Required to travel, drive, and be on the road servicing equipment at clients 90% of the time with about 10% overnight travel when needed. Available for periodic travel to Corporate Office for training classes. Able to lift, push, or carry a minimum of 50 or more pounds such as large money counting machines and parts in and out of client sites.
