About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Developer to join our team at CAI. As a key member of our Application Team, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Design Expertise: Provide technical design expertise to support defined business requirements.
  • System Performance: Review system performance issues and provide technical guidance to the Application Team and Test Team members.
  • Test Planning: Define test plans and criteria for acceptance for the technical components of an application.
  • Technical Architecture: Ensure business requirements are supported by the technical architecture.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in leading technical direction of software and coordinating with Group Leads, Leads, and the client.
  • Logical and Physical Data Models: Define and evaluate logical and physical data models.
  • System Technical Architecture: Develop overall system technical architecture, including software and hardware.
  • Technical Programming Standards: Develop technical programming standards and ensure business requirements are supported by the technical architecture.
  • Communication: Communicate accurate and useful status updates and manage and report time spent on all work activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: 5+ years' experience with Microsoft.Net 4.8, 4 years' experience with Microsoft Windows Server, 2-5 years' experience with Microsoft Azure cloud computing services, 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure AI Document Intelligence experience, and MS Office 365.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years team leadership experience and 2 years client management engagement experience.
Physical Demands

The position requires sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
