We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Software Development Engineer to join our team at HP. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities- Own and develop the architecture of our embedded systems software.
- Enable clarity and compliance related to technical and non-functional requirements.
- Design frameworks and components to deliver effective solutions across the print ecosystem.
- Provide technical direction and review with development teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and have a vision for technology.
- Communicate technical strategies and architectures to all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a combination of EE and CS.
- Typically 10-15 years of experience.
- Expertise with development languages such as C and C++.
- Extensive experience with operating system fundamentals and multi-core CPU embedded development.
- Understanding of firmware development tools and infrastructure.
- Understanding of firmware and hardware design principles.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum based development team.
- Excellent technical leadership and proven experience with technical writing and verbal communication skills.
