Position Summary:
As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will work remotely under the guidance of the Implementation and Training Services Manager. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise, project management capabilities, and communication skills to deploy and integrate our educational technology solutions within K-12 environments during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technical Deployments: Oversee the setup and integration of Securly's products, customizing them to address the specific requirements of each educational institution, thereby enhancing student safety.
  • Collaborate with Educational IT Departments: Engage with school IT teams to gather specifications, devise implementation strategies, and execute deployments that align with their educational objectives.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Support sales teams with your technical knowledge during client meetings, webinars, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist in Implementation Planning: Contribute to the development of software network architecture for new installations and system upgrades.
  • Ongoing Technical Support: Deliver technical assistance during and post-implementation to ensure seamless operation.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Educate educators and IT personnel on the effective use of Securly's products.
  • Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive internal and external product and training documentation.
  • Feedback Contribution: Relay insights to internal teams to enhance our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of software systems, databases, and networking, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams, and to convey complex information clearly.
  • Customer Relations: Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion with high accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to remain resilient and flexible in challenging situations, with a dedication to continuous learning.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects with minimal oversight.
