Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AVE by Korman Communities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the corporate housing market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with our hospitality team to deliver high-quality service and amenities to our clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
