Sauce Labs is in search of a driven and seasoned Revenue Enablement Specialist. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Revenue Enablement, this role focuses on empowering the go-to-market (GTM) team with essential knowledge, skills, and resources necessary for successful product sales and support. The position entails the creation and execution of enablement tools for new product launches, feature enhancements, methodologies, and processes tailored for sales. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in large-scale project management and training within the B2B software industry, with a preference for those who have held customer-facing roles such as Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Implementation:

  • Design, execute, and facilitate training initiatives focused on change management, new product introductions, and feature enhancements. This includes engaging with globally distributed teams to promote adoption while addressing the diverse needs of GTM leaders and stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, guides, playbooks, and e-learning modules, ensuring that these resources are effectively utilized by the broader team.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Revenue Enablement to develop programs that align with organizational objectives and drive value.
  • Work alongside Product Marketing Managers to deliver Sales Plays and resources, while monitoring usage and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide the GTM team with the necessary tools and resources to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Offer ongoing support and coaching to reinforce training and encourage adoption across teams.
  • Engage with sales leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Stay informed about the latest product advancements and industry trends within the testing domain.
  • Ensure the GTM team comprehensively understands product features, advantages, and competitive positioning.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in enablement and introduce innovative learning approaches to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Process Enhancement:

  • Regularly assess and refine enablement programs to maximize their effectiveness and impact, utilizing data to evaluate resource usage and success.
  • Collect feedback from the GTM team to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze training results and performance metrics to gauge success and identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Partner closely with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate cohesive enablement efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with the GTM team to keep them informed and engaged with training initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in sales or enablement are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, program management, or a related role within the B2B software sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering impactful training programs for sales teams.
  • Strong comprehension of B2B software sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to create engaging and comprehensible resources.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-learning platforms and/or content management systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes, including MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
