Key responsibilities include creating and implementing enablement tools for new product launches, feature enhancements, and sales methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:Training Development and Implementation:
- Design, execute, and facilitate training programs aimed at change management, new product introductions, and feature enhancements. This role requires comfort in delivering training to globally distributed teams while ensuring alignment with the needs of GTM leaders and stakeholders.
- Produce training materials such as presentations, guides, playbooks, and e-learning modules, ensuring these resources are effectively utilized by the team.
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Revenue Enablement to develop programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Work alongside Product Marketing Managers to deliver Sales Plays and resources, while monitoring their usage and gathering feedback.
- Provide the GTM team with the necessary tools and resources to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Offer continuous support and coaching to various teams to reinforce training and encourage adoption.
- Engage with sales leadership and stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Product Knowledge & Expertise:
- Keep abreast of the latest product advancements and industry trends within the testing domain.
- Ensure the GTM team possesses a comprehensive understanding of product features, advantages, and competitive landscape.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in enablement and introduce innovative learning approaches to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Process Enhancement:
- Regularly assess and refine enablement programs to maximize their effectiveness and impact, utilizing data to evaluate resource usage and success.
- Collect feedback from the GTM team to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Analyze training outcomes and performance metrics to gauge success and identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner closely with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to guarantee cohesive enablement efforts.
- Effectively communicate with the GTM team to keep them informed and engaged with training initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in sales or enablement are advantageous.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, program management, or a similar capacity within the B2B software sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering impactful training programs for sales teams.
- Strong grasp of B2B software sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to create engaging and easily comprehensible resources.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-learning platforms and/or content management systems.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes, including MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
