About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protein Sales Director to join our team at Allen Brothers 1893, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in our assigned district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales data and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive and innovative in our sales approach.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
