Job Title: Business Analyst - III

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension or going permanent

Shift: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business analysis and insights to support business growth and strategy
  • Develop and maintain complex models and databases to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to create engaging presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting methodologies, and territory alignment
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
