Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the Employee Relations function at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to ensure compliance with employee licenses, certifications, and required documents.
Responsibilities:- Secure and monitor the collection of new-hire documentation from offer to start date, including physicals, clearances, and educational credentials.
- Maintain personnel files to meet organizational needs and comply with current employment practices and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare terminated personnel and medical files for offsite storage as needed.
- Schedule exit interviews on behalf of the Employee Relations Manager and track results.
- Provide clerical support to the Employee Relations Manager.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in human resources and health-related/non-profit environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with databases (HRIS) required.
