Job Summary

As a key member of the Schneider team, the Director of Human Resources will play a vital role in shaping the company's human capital strategy. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that support personnel management, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategic practices to maximize human capital development.
  • Set direction for recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, processes, and strategic practices to maximize human capital development.
  • Advises unit on allocation of resources for operational and strategic objectives.
  • Consults senior and institutional management on sensitive and complex matters.
  • Coordinates organizational and career development programs and establishes training initiatives.
  • Develops and implements diversity and inclusive excellence initiatives in support of employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business operations and strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
