Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Adagio Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join its Pittsburgh, PA central office.

With over 50 years of experience, Adagio Health has provided health, wellness, and nutrition services in Pennsylvania. Our organization serves approximately 100,000 patients and clients annually, with a focus on women's health, reproductive health, and preventive health services.


Responsibilities:
  1. Support employee human resources and compliance requirements in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  2. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  3. Collaborate with senior staff to understand hiring needs, post jobs, and utilize strategies to seek candidates.
  4. Perform pre-employment checks and onboarding follow-up to ensure personnel files are complete and up-to-date.
  5. Understand training requirements for all employee groups and coordinate training reminders and updates.
  6. Assist with benefits paperwork and record-keeping, including reviewing and auditing benefits invoices.
  7. Conduct exit interviews and ensure exiting employees receive necessary paperwork.
  8. Maintain employee files and manage electronic data.
  9. Assist with annual benefits open enrollment, onboarding, and terminations.
  10. Background checks and reference requests for volunteers and staff.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of administrative experience in human resources.
  • Employee relations experience and HR certification a plus.
  • Experience in social media recruiting and Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint specifically).
  • Strong experience with payroll and HR databases (iSolved/CTR a plus).
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, be reliable, and exhibit excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, especially with electronic data, multi-tasking, and ability to work independently.
  • Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check, The Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, and a FBI Criminal History Background Check required.
  • Current valid Pennsylvania driver's license, insurance, and vehicle.
