At System One, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the I-9 and E-Verify programs to ensure accuracy and completeness for all new hires and rehires.
- Track and monitor the maintenance, compliance, and auditing of the Form I-9 and E-Verify for all employees, identifying any exceptions.
- Provide administrative support and respond to inquiries from field personnel regarding I-9 supporting documentation and procedural questions.
- Monitor exception I-9 exception reporting and notify field personnel of non-compliant I-9's following appropriate procedures.
- Monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolutions for all E-Verify cases, bringing them to closure and notifying field personnel.
- Assist with training new and current staff employees on the I-9 and E-Verify program.
- Issue credentials to the I-9 Management system for trained and approved staff individuals and/or employer agents.
- Generate additional correspondence as required and perform other clerical functions.
- Participate in audits of HR processes as needed.
- Complete HR project work as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
- Prepare files and boxes for shipping to off-site storage facilities.
- Audit entries into ADP Enterprise HR EV5 as needed.
- Preferred 2-3 years of prior experience in a HR environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain high-level customer service skills and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, data entry skills, and high attention to detail required.
- Ability to adapt to the work environment and manage competing demands.
- Proficient in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
