Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all benefits programs to ensure compliance and alignment with company strategy

  • Provide detailed analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Oversee insurance partners and carriers to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills
