Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all benefits programs to ensure compliance and alignment with company strategy
- Design and enhance benefits programs to attract top talent and improve employee experience
- Develop effective communication and training programs to engage employees and improve understanding of benefits
- Provide detailed analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee insurance partners and carriers to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assist in selecting and implementing new benefit providers
- Administer all employee benefit programs and serve as the main contact for employee inquiries
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in group insurance products and retirement plans
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Work Environment:
- Monday – Friday work hours with professional flexibility
- Business casual work environment
Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000 – 85,000 per year, depending on years of experience
