Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning and implementing policies related to all aspects of human resources and payroll activities. This role involves ensuring compliance, managing benefits programs, and supporting the organization's overall HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs, and maintain the company policy handbook.
  • Responsible for all processes in collaboration with managers on recruitment, interviewing, testing, selection, on-boarding, and termination.
  • Oversee benefits programs, including medical, life, health, dental, disability insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), leave of absence, Voluntary Time Off (VTO), and EAP.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefits participation, personnel transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations), and employee statistics, assisting with audits as needed.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and manage the payroll and timekeeping system Bamboo HR.
  • Ensure HR functions comply with legal requirements and government regulations.
  • Foster a positive company culture through morale-building events and initiatives, spearheading the Culture Committee.
  • Assist with leading training courses on People and Culture policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and recognition programs.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and prepare necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional HR Certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP (SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Schedule:

On-site Monday-Friday, remote flexibility as needed
