Child Care Educator

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a qualified Child Care Teacher to join our team. As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our childcare setting. This includes implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of children in our care
Foster communication between parents and caregivers
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Supervise and provide guidance to Teacher Assistants and Classroom Aides
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 21 college credits in Early Education or a qualifying Associate's Degree
Must meet or exceed Vermont standards for Teacher Associate position
At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center or as an Early Elementary Educator
