At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will provide educational and clinical services in a clinical setting on disease or disorder self-management following clinical standards of care. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge on disease or disorder related issues in order to serve as a resource to the patient community and participate in events designed to increase health awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide educational services to patients and families on disease or disorder self-management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on disease or disorder related issues.
  • Participate in events designed to increase health awareness.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • 2 year clinical experience in chronic disease care in specialty area being sought.
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in educating a diverse population on healthcare issues.
  • Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range

$64,650.00 - $103,230.00
