Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease operations to guarantee optimal well production and safe, efficient equipment functionality
  • Precisely measure and report daily production figures while addressing any operational challenges
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure safety and environmental standards are met
  • Maintain thorough records, including production data, seal documentation, and safety equipment usage
  • Offer insights to enhance production efficiency and profitability
  • Engage in safety meetings and comply with all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of lease equipment and its operational functions
  • Progressive experience in related roles
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Ability to foresee potential issues and devise independent solutions
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in reporting
  • Safety-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights as necessary, and occasionally squat, crawl, or climb
