The operator will also be tasked with evaluating production metrics, aiding in the maintenance of equipment, and upholding environmentally sound practices within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular gauging and testing of wells as required
  • Accurately document production figures and periods of inactivity
  • Ensure steady production levels are maintained
  • Input daily production statistics into the system
  • Enhance well output by modifying operational parameters
  • Diagnose and resolve well-related issues to maximize efficiency
  • Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety standards
  • Collaborate with landowners to address and resolve concerns
  • Carry out minor repairs on equipment as necessary
  • Engage in safety discussions and evaluations
  • Uphold ethical business practices while prioritizing safety
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industry
  • Candidates with an engineering degree without prior experience may also be considered

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of cost analysis and performance metrics
  • Basic familiarity with downhole operations and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of facility construction standards
  • Awareness of Health, Environmental Compliance, and Safety regulations
  • Proven leadership capabilities and proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory
