Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Western Region Territory and drive new business with Commercial & Industrial Solar customers.
  • Makes Targets the priority and drives relationships with pipeline customers.
  • Focusing on relationships with new Accounts.
  • Leads by Example – Owns & Understands Regional C&I pipeline performance.
  • Manages Customer Relationships but does not act as an Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience.
  • Extensive experience in EPC or Commercial Solar is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in regional sales and client-facing roles, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel along western region about 50% each month.
